Michael holds a Diploma of Arts, a Bachelor of Language Studies, and a Master of Arts in English Language Teaching, and he is currently working towards a Bachelor of Law degree, which he expects to complete in 2027. He has worked in the field of education for over 30 years, designing and leading major education projects for the Hong Kong government, local schools, and the private sector.
His work focuses on supporting teachers and senior school staff through IELTS preparation, professional development programmes, career counselling, and targeted academic support, with a strong emphasis on clarity, practical outcomes, and professional growth.
Mark Moore

Mark retired from the world of business in 2017. Since then, he has worked as a trainer and consultant with Pacific Language Centre, bringing decades of real-world experience into practical, high-impact language training. Mark supports clients with spoken and written style, IELTS preparation, and professional communication—helping people communicate clearly, confidently, and appropriately for high-stakes contexts.
